FOR YOU. THIS IS A GREAT CLASS FOR ANYONE WHO

WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A STRONG FOUNDATION IN

FITNESS. MAKE NO MISTAKE, FORTEM FITNESS

PROVIDES THE SAME LEVEL OF INTENSITY THAT YOU

WILL SEE IN A CROSSFIT CLASS, WITH MORE FOCUS

ON DEVELOPING ENDURANCE, FLEXIBILITY, AND BODY

AWARENESS. MANY OF THE MOVEMENTS YOU SEE IN CROSSFIT WILL BE IMPLEMENTED IN THIS CLASS AS WELL, INCLUDING PULL-UPS, PUSH-UPS, AIR SQUATS, KETTLE BELL SWINGS, BOX JUMPS, AND MANY MORE. 

THIS CLASS MEETS AT 9:00 A.M. (LADIES ONLY) AND 6:00 P.M. MONDAY - THURSDAY, AND 9:00 A.M. (LADIES ONLY) FRIDAY.
